Providing football in the community

29th June

MITCHELDEAN

TOURNAMENT

Foot, Knee and Head Club

To encourage practise away from training we ask each player to aim to achieve FOOT, KNEE or HEAD CLUB.

FOOT CLUB is keeping the ball in the air and not allowing it to touch the ground by only using either foot. As soon as the ball touches either the floor or any other part of the body the sequence must start again. If a player reaches 3 then that player is in 3 FOOT CLUB and so on.

The aim is to reach 10 FOOT, KNEE or HEAD CLUB where upon a certificate is awarded.

The same rules apply to KNEE CLUB (Where only the left or right knee can be used) and HEAD CLUB (Where only the head can be used).

Once a player has achieved 2 of the 3 CLUBS, then their new aim is to bring all 3 CLUBS together and achieve 25 keepy uppies to receive a special trophy.
